Acclime values and treasures as partners the relationships we have built with our clients and we strive to provide responsive unrivalled services even in the challenging of conditions.
In response to the announcement by Malaysian Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on 16 March 2020 that measures would be implemented in Malaysia restricting movement nationwide between 18 March 2020 to 31 March 2020, the Acclime Malaysia team will be working remotely out of the office, and there will be no one available to meet any client in person at our physical office.
Notwithstanding the unprecedented extensiveness of the governmental measures, we have developed a Business Continuity Procedure which utilises our alternate arrangements in a manner that will minimize client impact. As of 18 March 2020, Acclime Malaysia is operating as per our Business Continuity Procedure.
We expect that during this period, our delivery of business-critical services – statutory filings, compliance services and administration will continue as usual. Further, though the Malaysian civil service is also affected by the new measures, we have implemented systems and procedures to ensure that, to the greatest extent humanely possible, your business incorporation and registration requirements are attended to without impediment. Please contact Henry Ng or Alan Ang to discuss solutions.
Whilst we are working remotely, you can still contact your usual relationship manager using his or her email. In an emergency, please contact either one of the following persons:
